This piece contains, within it's own structure, the ogham writing to spell the title in Gaelic. The painting is done on a Canvas in Acrylic.

The markings spell "Clu" which is Gaelic for "honor". I wanted this piece to be about staying calm and doing the right things for ourselves during challenging times. The hints of green are calming to me. At our lowest, we can beat ourselves up for not being stronger, and for feeling like a disappointment to others. The work is about doing the right thing for ourselves, being kind to ourselves and remaining calm as we do so.
